Returns & Exchanges
At Renolink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Renolink account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
